The conference will cover the following topics:

methods of flow control;

aerophysics of reacting flows and radiative gases;

high-speed rarefied gas flows;

multiphase flows;

methods and techniques of experimental research;

computational means for high-speed flow research, computer codes;

Official languages of the Conference are Russian and English. The Conference programme includes a visit of the Conference participants to unique TsAGI test facilities. The Book of Abstracts will be published by the beginning of the Conference. Conference proceedings will be published. If you are interested in the conference themes and wish to participate in the conference, you are invited to submit your registration forms and abstracts (1.5 to 2 pages of A4 format, in English) to the Organizing Committee by 30 April, 2004. Please also send electronic versions of the abstracts and registration forms (as Word for Windows or ASCII files) by e-mail to cfd@tsagi.ru The Organizing Committee will inform you on the acceptance of your paper by 30 May, 2004. You will be also invited to submit your paper to be published in Conference Proceedings by 30 July, 2004.
