AIMS AND SCOPEThis journal consists of translations from two Russian journals: Elektrosvyaz' and Radiotekhnika. The papers and articles are devoted to digital and analog wire, radio, video, optical and satellite communications, facsimile. micro- and millimeter-wave communications, switching and coding theory, signal processing, voice and pattern recognition, filters and noise immunity, antennas, waveguides, electron devices, and industrial electronics.
The scope of Telecommunications and Radio Engineering will appeal to engineers and theoreticians working on communication networks and services, switching, signal processing and communication theory, source coding, communication devices, systems and transmission equipment, electromagnetic compatibility and instrumentation.
