Synthesis of Optimal Information Systems of Passive Remote Atmospheric Probing

ABSTRACT

We consider the problem of optimal construction of multi-channel system of passive remote atmospheric probing. On the basis of the proposed principle we have synthesized the optimal system of passive remote probing taking into account irregularity of the ratio value signal/noise over the spectral range. We have computed the optimal width of the spectral range of the passive device for remote probing.
