ABSTRACT

The radiative transfer equation has been modeled by using method of quadromoments for two-dimensional cylindrical geometry. In the formulation the scattering of radiation is disregarded. A question is discussed as to whether the method can describes the heat radiative flux divergence in low temperature plasma near the region of local heat release.
