Bokar ABSTRACT This work reviews and summarizes the current state-of-the-art techniques utilizing the Levenberg-Marquardt method, conjugate gradient method and a combination of both for solving inverse problems in radiative transfer. Illustrations are given in order to show the utility of each, as applied to function, parameter and property identification. We also examine the effects of measurement errors on the accuracy of estimations by inverse analysis. |
