ABSTRACT

The forced convective heat transfer characteristics of flue gas with condensation on a new anticorrosion surface plated with nickel-phosphorus were investigated. The CCD pictures of the condensate configuration during condensing process show the condensation characteristics and the effect of condensing conditions. The experimental results for forced convective heat transfer of flue gas on the anticorrosion surface with condensation were presented, with the experimental results indicated that the condensation could distinctly influence the heat transfer and the convection heat transfer coefficient with condensation is two or three times as that without condensation.
